Return Policy:  If a customer receives the wrong food item, they can pick up the correct one. If they paid with a credit card, they'll receive a refund for the original item and be charged for the new one. If they paid with cash, they'll pay the difference if the new item is more expensive, or receive a credit if it's cheaper.
